Terms of use

Last updated 5 October 2026

By using sharkplay you agree to these terms. We kept them short.

What sharkplay is

A poker coach for studying hands you have already played. The coaches are AI characters, not real people. Grades, frequencies and ranges come from our preflop charts and a solver, for the spots they cover; anything they can’t back is marked.

Coaching is for learning. It can be wrong, and it doesn’t promise you will win.

After the session, not during it

Don’t use sharkplay while you play. Most poker sites forbid outside help during a hand, and following the rules of the sites you play on is up to you.

Who can use it

You must be 18 or older and allowed to play poker where you live.

Your hands and chats

What you upload stays yours. You let us store and process it to run sharkplay, as the privacy page describes. Upload only hand histories you are allowed to share.

A hand you share is public, on its own link and in the feed, until you unshare it.

Your balance

Top-ups are in USDT. Send only USDT, and only on the network shown with the address: other tokens or networks can’t be credited and may be lost.

Coaching is free within daily limits today. Before any use is charged to your balance, the prices will be shown in the app. Your balance doesn’t expire.

Want unused balance back? Write to us from the email you sign in with, and we return it in USDT to an address you give, minus the network fee. If sharkplay ever closes, we will say so in advance and return unused balance the same way.

Fair use

Don’t overload sharkplay, scrape it, work around its limits or use it to harm anyone. We may suspend a table that does.

No guarantees

sharkplay is provided as it is, without warranties. As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for what happens at your tables or for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to your unused balance.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version; using sharkplay after a change means you accept it.
